These terms apply to your use of the Manroha store and to every order you place. By shopping with us, you agree to them.

## Our products

• Our treats are handmade in small batches, so small natural variations in colour, size, shape and texture are normal.
• Product photographs are for illustration; the item you receive may look slightly different.
• Allergen note: our food is prepared in a kitchen that also handles nuts, milk, wheat/gluten and other ingredients. Please check product details before ordering if you have allergies.

## Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Your order is confirmed once payment is verified, or on Cash on Delivery where available.
• Prices, offers and availability may change. If a genuine pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

## Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, for example if an item is out of stock, the delivery area is not serviceable, or payment cannot be verified. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we refund you in full.

## Returns & refunds
Because we sell fresh, handmade food, orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, we will make it right: see our Refund policy.

## Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

## Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
